-注意事项--------------------①土猪肉油脂很丰富,不用单独再放油进行翻炒;②放点老抽是为了让回锅肉颜色更好看,一定要少放少放少放!不然会咸!!③仔姜可以稍微切厚点,不然热二道锅的时候,就会炒得很“死”,不好吃;④味精,又是这个老问题...不吃的孩子们可以不放;⑤花椒是增加香味的;⑥甜面酱带甜味,但没有想象中甜,所以再加点糖调味。
